Self pickup:
If you pick up the goods from our warehouse in Aigio, the shipping costs are waived. You can pay cash on the spot. Self Pick up is only possible by prior appointment!
Delivery times:
In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 10 days after approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 3 days in Greece (Greece) and within 3 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Weekends and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready for collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
